V-Systems sp. z o.o. (Coordinator of BEGIN project) is a Polish organization, specialized in business consulting for companies and education of youth outside school. V-Systems cooperates with higher education institutions and serves as the social-economic environment for such academies. The company cooperates with job development schools and has realised over 3000 hours of job training and training focusing on soft professional competencies.

Since 2013, it has been managing job counseling centers in Ostrołęka in terms of increasing social competencies and universal skills.

Furthermore, V-Systems cooperates with numerous enterprises from various industries and jointly realised projects concerning job development. The company was responsible for the implementation of six development programs in vocational schools.
